The Constitution of the United States: A Transcription

The Constitution dictates different laws and responsibilities which gave to the Congress the right of collecting taxes to deal with the debts, and care about our welfare. The Congress also is fair because all states have to the same advantages and disadvantages in the acts it takes. I chose this part in Article I (seccion 8) because I considered this is just when we need to pay debts and the country can have the funds which can be collected from taxes to resolve issues. Thus, there is no differences between states. In the Article II section 2, I consider it is an excellent demonstration of confidence because the president we elect has to show us confidence, we expect that everything they promise to us must be accomplished. The president has to take care of us, the country and of everything that can affect us as an independent country. We believe in the decisions taken for him. In the same article shows the words that we are equal when we have to be confront the justice because of any type of crimes committed in this country. In the article III section 2 continue describing how the crimes will be treated by the justice system, so everyone who commit crimes must be judge at the states which he/she commit the crime and the jury will takes part about the decisions taken for the convict. In the article IV seccion 2, I like when it mentions that we as citizen of each states will have the same privileges of having the same rights. I chose all this section because I love the justice, and when I read the constitution of the United States it expresses a lot rights with no distinction of person.
